Being that my daughter is a HUGE Rapunzel fan, and has seen the movie Tangled so many times, I’ve actually lost count… it was obvious what she would want her birthday cake to be! It stood 27″ tall.. and EVERYTHING was edible and mighty delicious, if I do say so myself..!

Umm…yeah…Not sure how to describe this one.. It’s the Nyan Cat cake version of that annoying Pixel video from You Tube that has gone viral.. I guess you would have to watch it to understand.. The requests I get sometimes.. This is the video..might shed some light on the weird little cat.. LOL

Special cake I made for my Hubby (And father to our four children) for Father’s Day. Since we have this competition going on who can get the best score on EACH and EVERY level (Yes..I am an Angry Birds geek ) There was only one option for his cake! I wish I could say that I am beating him on every level..but alas, it’s pretty even at this point..but I won’t quit trying to beat him at ALL of them! Mouahahahah!
