I have a question (maybe stupid I dont nothing about baking, cake, or cooking so yeah lol) do these cakes have a certain name? Like the type of cake they are? I always called them “fake looking cakes” LOL.. but is there a proper name to them since they do not look like normal cakes? Im asking because I live in NY and want a cake like these but I want a proper name to do my google search. Thank you.

I just refer to them as “Fondant covered” cakes. It’s the fondant that gives them that perfect “fake” look as you called it..LOL -

Love your stuff. My one question is your lettering. A lot of it looks perfectly cut out…you say you do it all by hand. You don’t use cutters or anything like that?
Anyway, LOVE your cakes they are adorable. Can’t wait until I get better with my cakes!
